1. YLANG-YLANG

An anxiety attack is usually accompanied by an increased heart rate.

The essential oil of Ylang-Ylang helps reduce stress and is therefore used to regulate the heartbeat, but also to calm muscle contractions.

To relax, you can take a bath in which 6 to 10 drops have been added or have a massage with a mixture of 5% Ylang-Ylang oil diluted in a vegetable oil of your choice such as sunflower oil.

You can also mix 2 drops of Ylang-Ylang in 4 drops of sunflower oil and apply the mixture to the inside of your wrists. Then take a deep breath.

2. LAVENDER

Lavender has several virtues. In addition to being effective for certain skin and respiratory problems, it can help reduce your level of stress, agitation, and thus help you sleep better.

You can add a few drops of real lavender to your essential oil diffuser, or breathe directly into the bottle in case of intense stress.

3. MORTGAGE

The essential oil of marjoram with shells is an oil known as anxiolytic, which means that it acts against anxiety. It helps regulate the nervous system.

Simply dilute one part marjoram oil to one part sunflower oil and apply the mixture along your spine.

Marjoram oil is also effective in a diffuser to help with stress and anxiety.

4. APPLE

Roman chamomile oil is the one that acts in a person’s mind. Many define it as the “letting go” oil.

You can inhale it on its own or mix it with lavender essential oil to relax (avoid it if you are asthmatic) or rub a mixture of Roman chamomile and sunflower oil on your forearms.

5. NEROLI

Neroli oil can help enormously with well-being. It can be used for anxiety, stress, nervous tension, lack of self-confidence, restlessness and much more!

To promote well-being, you can dilute a few drops of neroli oil in a bowl of hot water to inhale the vapors.

Alternatively, you can add it to your essential oil diffuser and even combine it with another oil compatible with the diffuser mentioned above if you wish.
