Natural solutions to eliminate blackheads
5 natural solutions to eliminate blackheads
Despite all your efforts to keep your skin clean and healthy, those blackheads are still there! Unlike acne pimples, which are usually caused by hormones, blackheads are lumps of oil that accumulate in the skin's pores and turn that color when they come in contact with bacteria and air.
The first mistake you should not make is to try to remove them with your nails: you risk making the situation worse by promoting infection and ending up with scars. So we resisted the temptation and tried these natural solutions instead.
Step 1: open the pores
Before cleaning the skin thoroughly, the pores must be opened.
To do this, simply fill a container with boiling water, bend over with a towel on your head, as if for an inhalation, and remain there for a few minutes. Dry your face by rubbing gently with a towel.
Step n°2: we purify
Once the skin is ready to be cleaned, we choose the most inspiring method to purify the pores. And all that's left to do is rummage through the kitchen cabinets to take measurements.
